In working one on one, our collaboration is highly specialized to your needs. We start from where you are and go to where you want to go in the way that is best for you to get there.

How long and how often do we meet?
We are going for complete healing. To not just achieve your natural weight, but address every item along the way in your inner and outer world that wants to shift so that you become someone to naturally stay at your natural weight. 12 sessions of coaching over a 3–6 month period is the least required to take you there if you have a lot of weight to lose or a lot of inner changes to make. If you have less than 30 lbs to lose, 4-8 sessions may be enough. We will meet 1-2 hours a week in the first 2 weeks, then an hour a week beyond that. After a few weeks, we can meet every second or eventually every third week.
Where does it take place?
The coaching process is often done over the telephone. It is convenient, intimate and effective. If you live in the greater Seattle area, we have the option of meeting face to face. You can come to my home office in the Magnolia neighborhood. Or, I can come to your home, if we can speak privately and without distractions there.
